Oricum, mi se pare o evoluție față de anul trecut când am primit cam aceeași ofertă.

Si daca nu ține bluff ul, te întorci peste o luna cu oferta de portare din magazin.

Credeti ca se vor schimba semnificativ in bine pt clienti incepand data de 15 iunie 2017 cand va intra in vigoare anularea taxei de roaming in UE?
Vor scadea sau vor creste preturile la abonamente si optiuni?
Care va fi limita de minute valabile in roaming?

Cred că se va schimba în bine. Adică deja s-a schimbat în bine. Dacă luăm pe Orange Me 11 fără telefon, vedem diferența. Acum un an când eu m-am portat de la Vodafone am primit 3+3 giga net, la începutul anului a apărut oferta cu 4 giga (8 la portare sau retenție) iar acum primești 5 giga (10 la portare sau retenție).
Pentru cei care nu știu de ce primesc unii mai puțin internet în roaming decât național, aici e răspunsul:

If your operator has not explicitly informed you of a roaming data limit, you can benefit while abroad from the full amount of data under your domestic contract.
The operator is only entitled to apply a roam like at home data limit in 2017 in case you pay less than €3.85/GB of data used (in 2018 less than €3/GB, in 2019 less than €2.25/GB). The actual limit depends on the monthly amount you pay for your mobile contract. The limit is calculated as in question 19.
Example 1: At home you have a mobile bundle including unlimited calls, SMS and 3 GB of data for €30 (€25 excluding 20% VAT). In this case, €25 / 3GB = €8.3/GB. When travelling in the EU, you get roam like at home with unlimited calls and SMS, and 3 GB of data, exactly like at home.
Example 2: At home you have a mobile bundle including unlimited calls, SMS and 10 GB of data for €30 (€25 excluding 20% VAT). The calculation is €25 / 10GB=€2.5/ GB. When travelling in the EU, you get RLAH with unlimited calls and SMS, and at least 6.5 GB of data (2*(25/7.7) =6.5). If the operator wishes to apply such a data limit while roaming, they must clearly inform you of the volume available and whenever you have consumed that volume while abroad.

Ai discutat cu cei de la retentie sau cei de la portare?
Au oferte total diferite si reduceri la fel.
Iti pot da numarul de telefon in privat daca te ajuta, dar din experienta iti spun ca si daca le arati oferta, tot nu ti-o ofera daca initial spun ca nu exista.

3. How long can I roam like at home when I am abroad?

4. Are there any volume limits to calling, sending SMS and using mobile data at doemestic price while I travel?

If at home you have unlimited calls and SMS, you will get unlimited calls and SMS when roaming in the EU.

If at home you have unlimited mobile data or very cheap mobile data, your operator may apply a safeguard (fair use) limit on data use while roaming. If this is the case, the operator will have to inform you in advance about such a limit and have to alert you in case you reach it. That safeguard limit will be high enough to cover most, if not all, of your roaming needs. Beyond this threshold, you can continue data roaming, subject to a small charge (maximum €7.70/GB + VAT; this will decline gradually to reach €2.50/GB as of 2022).

5. Is roam like at home automatic or do I have to do something to activate it?
You do not need to set anything up. Your operator will automatically cease to apply the roaming charge when you roam abroad in the EU after 15 June 2017.

Ce abonamente de retentie fara telefon si cu roaming in SEE exista? Altele decat cele de 11 EUR si peste care sunt afisate pe site-ul oficial, si care inteleg ca au resurse dublate pentru retentie.

Am o alta problema. Cu siguranta echipa Orange cunoaste atat problema cat si raspunsul.
Algoritmul de determinare a volumului de date consumabil in roaming SEE, indicat de colegul @orbanbalint in postul de mai sus, si care provine din legislatia UE, are o chichita. Calculul se bazeaza pe costul maxim al unui GB de date in roaming asa cum este el decontat intre companii. Pana la 31.12.2017 acest cost este de 7.70 EUR. Dupa 01.01.2018 va fi de 6.00 EUR. Ceea ce inseamna ca, pentru abonamentul de 11 EUR, pana la 31.12.2017, limita minima de consum este 2.40 GB lunar, iar dupa 01.01.2018 limita este de 3.08 GB. Eu ma indoiesc sincer ca Orange va actualiza aceasta limita in mod dinamic, desi legislatia UE impune implicit o astfel de actualizare. Probabil o vor face pentru abonamente "noi", cei cu abonamente vechi vor fi lasati pe dinafara. Ca in felul acesta Orange va fi incalcat legislatia UE nu cred ca va deranja pe cineva.
