Dear Client,

We would like to inform you that as of April 1, 2022, the pricing of some services will change.

Main changes:

Increased Visa card withdrawal limit. The maximum daily withdrawal limit using the Paysera Visa card can be increased up to 2000 EUR (up to now the limit was 600 EUR). If you need to change your card withdrawal limit, please contact our Client Support.

The ATM withdrawal fee remains the same – 1 EUR (regardless of the amount).

Terms and conditions for international transfers in EUR (Target 2).
Crediting fee. There is no fee for topping up your Paysera account unless the incoming payment is made via the TARGET2 system. In this case, a crediting fee applies: for amounts up to 9 999.99 EUR, the fee is 3.00 EUR, for 10,000 EUR or more – 4.00 EUR (up to now the fee for crediting all these transfers was 3.00 EUR).

Transfer fees. Changes to the fees for international transfers in EUR when executed via the TARGET2 system: for amounts up to 9 999.99, the fee is 7.00 EUR, for 10,000 EUR or more – 10 EUR (up to now, the fee for all such transfers was 7.00 EUR).

The terms and conditions remain unchanged for instant and standard (non-urgent) transfers in EUR (SEPA and SEPA Instant).

There are changes to the terms and conditions for international transfers in other currencies (USD, GBP, BGN, RON, GEL, JPY, CAD, SGD) (see this link for details).

Daca n-ar avea comisionul acela nesimtit la retragerea de numerar de pe card, sa poti retrage 2000 EURO/zi de pe card este Wow

Orange Money , Libra Bank si Paysera , celelalte inca nu au trimis mesaj.La BCR arata când folosesti bancomatul propriu sa te duci la sucursala sa actualizezi datele.De fapt la Transilvania am avut buletinul expirat de 3 ani si inca functiona contul.din 2015 pana in 2018 nu am actualizat deloc datele si nu am avut probleme.

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you and all other clients of ours that Paysera stands in solidarity with Ukraine and in response to Russian aggression in Ukraine has decided to apply restrictions that will affect monetary transactions with Russia, as well as accounts held by Russian clients, and more.
What changes?
Russian and Belarusian citizens will no longer be able to use Paysera (this restriction does not apply for Russian and Belarusian citizens with residency or work permits in other supported countries). Current accounts will be closed. All affected clients will be contacted separately.
Russian and Belarusian companies will not be able to use Paysera accounts. All current business accounts will be closed following the notice.
Funds held in Russian and Belarusian company accounts will be temporarily frozen until further announcements regarding EU sanctions.
Transactions to Russian and Belarusian banks will not be executed if the recipient of funds is a business account (transactions between private individuals will not be restricted but will get checked more thoroughly and supporting documents might be needed). Paysera keeps the right to apply exceptions to some transfers to Russian banks.
Money transfers from Russian and Belarusian banks received on Monday (February 28 and later) will be returned back to the senders.
Currency exchange to Russian Roubles (RUB) will no longer be available for Paysera clients (you can still exchange currency from Roubles already in your possession to any other supported currency).
New business accounts will not be opened to companies whose main shareholder does not have a permit to live or work in one of the supported countries.
