OTA (over the air) setari -despre dispozitiv - actualizare software, insa am vazut ca ai mai facut un topic in care spui ca de acolo nu gasesti nici o actualizare, asa ca e posibil ca telefonul sa fie fabricat pentru o zona pentru care nu a fost emisa inca vreo actualizare, desi e greu de crezut. in afara de kies, OTA si odin nu prea ai ce sa-i faci. da-i un hard reset la telefon si incearca sa-l conectezi din nou. incearca si alt cablu de date si alt calculator.

6. The Laptop will start recognizing the required drivers and install them

Phone is not recognized by laptop when it is in USB debug mode, MyPhoneExplorer does not recognize when it is not in Debug mod
