Recall pentru 34.000 de Passat-uri 30 iunie 2006
Constructorul german recheama la service exemplarele Passat construite intre aprilie si mai 2005, din cauza unor eventuale defectiuni la ambreiaj. Volkswagen a anuntat ieri un recall pentru 34.000 de exemplare Passat la nivel mondial, din cauza unor probleme la sistemul de ambreiaj. Operatiunea afecteaza modelele construite intre aprilie si mai 2005 si echipate cu motoare de 2.0 litri TDI si cu transmisie manuala cu sase rapoarte. Nu este pentru prima data cand constructorul german apeleaza la un recall din cauza ambreiajului, aceeasi problema fiind, in trecut, sursa rechemarii la service a modelelor Golf Plus, Jetta si Touran. Tara noastra nu a fost confirmata inca pe lista de recall-uri Volkswagen. |

FRANKFURT, June 28 (Reuters) - Volkswagen recalled 34,000 units of its Passat mid-sized car worldwide due to a potential problem with the clutch, the company said on Wednesday. A spokesman said Passats built between April and May 2005 equipped with 2.0-litre TDI engines and six-gear manual transmissions were affected by the recall. He declined to comment on the financial costs of potentially having to replace the parts, but said that VW was negotiating with suppliers over compensation for damages. The compact-sized VW models Golf hatchback, Golf Plus, Jetta sedan and Touran minivan were also affected by the same problem in a previous recall. Volkswagen brand chief Wolfgang Bernhard has made the issue of quality a top priority, but in a recent JD Power initial quality survey among U.S. drivers, Volkswagen was ranked once again towards the bottom this year after a similarly disastrous result last year. Bad airbags in Audi A8...
Quote HAMBURG -- Volkswagen's premium arm Audi is recalling 36,000 Audi A8 cars around the world because of a problem with the driver-side airbag, Audi said today. Internal checks showed the bag may not fully deploy during a crash, which means they provide some protection but not as much as planned. The recall affects all A8 models made between late 2002 and March 2004. A spokesman would not say how much the recall -- which involves swapping out the airbag in a half-hour operation -- would cost. |

Nu prea inteleg unde se ajunge cu discutia. Ce treaba are recallu cu fiabilitatea?:) V`ar fi convenit mai bine sa aiba problemele respective, sa NU se faca publice si sa nu se cheme inapoi masinile?:D

De aici rezulta ca Daciile 500, 1100, 1300 si 1310, precum si Oltcitul, sunt cele mai fiabile masini din lume, intrucat nu s-au facut recall-uri deloc.
