Miam facut un burger plus o banana si un mar prajite in untura. De ce? De curiozitate. Banana isi cam pierde gustul, devine un fel de cartof foarte moale, marul are gust de mar copt. Yummy.

E mult mai rafinata si gustul va fi pe masura |

Aici ii dau dreptate lui malitiosu: mecanismele satietatii functioneaza mult mai bine cand mancam carne/grasime, nu sunt date peste cap ca in cazul ingerarii de carbohidrati/zaharuri.
Daca mananci carne/grasime, te saturi repede, daca bagi carbohidrati, parca nu te mai saturi Edited by proxtu, 26 February 2012 - 01:16. |

Malitiosule, cum se intelege trasul de fiare cu dieta paleo ? "Clasicii" spun ca daca tragi de fiare si vrei sa pui masa musculara parca trebuie sa bagi carbohidrati. La tine cum functioneaza ?
