Curățarea la nivel celular e cel mai mare beneficiu, cel pe care îl urmăresc eu. Fac lunar post de câteva zile (3-4-5, depinde cât rezist), iar uneori mai introduc săptămânal 1-2 zile. Săptămâna trecută am rezistat aproape 3 zile, săptămâna asta nicio zi (după cum am mai spus)

Nu sunt convins ca beneficiile merita efortul pe care-l faci. Si loucarb si nemancat.

La mine functioneaza foarte bine ciorba de oase (de porc, de vita). Mananc o portie buna pe zi, cu smantana, si nu mi-e foame toata ziua.

Articolul este o încercare patetică de a apăra consumul de carne prin metoda "uite că și carbohidrații îți dă cancer" sau "oricum toate e cancerigene, mâncaț carne!". |

Aseară am mâncat prăjituri, de la ălea mi se trage.
Trebuie să îmi fac și o radiografie la plămâni că mănânc foarte mulți carbi și după afectarea creierului numai un cancer la plămâni îmi mai lipsește. |

Nu stiu ce te invata Campbell.
Astept si alte studii care sa arate ca carbohidratii provoaca cancer la plamani. Acest studiu este foarte slab. |

NU te ataca asa, articolul este echilibrat si incrimineaza carbs cu indice glicemic mare, cu care nici tu nu esti de acord.
Pe de alta parte, nici eu de ex. nu consider carnea alimentul ideal, aproape sigur in urmatorii ani voi reduce carnea rosie. Oricum favorizez puiul si pestele de provenienta sigura. Desi in contextul actual prefer orice aliment nepoluat fata de o dieta ideala din surse industrializate. The current study is not the first time that high glycemic index foods have been implicated in cancer. Studies have suggested that these foods could increase the risk of ovarian cancer, thyroid cancer and colorectal cancer. "However, from all of these studies the results have been inconclusive," with some studies finding an association and others not finding an association, Wu said. There have also been suggestions through the decades that diets that are very low in carbohydrates in general could help control the progression of breast and other cancers, although the data is sparse. "These data are suggestive that (high glycemic index foods) may be a risk factor, but we always need confirmation from multiple studies," said Marian L. We evaluated the association between dietary glycemic index (GI) and glycemic load (GL), markers of carbohydrate intake and PPG, and lung cancer risk in non-Hispanic whites. Methods: GL and GI were assessed among 1,905 newly diagnosed lung cancer cases recruited from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX) and 2,413 healthy controls recruited at Kelsey-Seybold Clinics (Houston, TX). We assessed associations between quintiles of GI/GL and lung cancer risk and effect modification by various risk factors. ORs and 95% confidence intervals (CI) were estimated using multivariable logistic regression. Results: We observed a significant association between GI [5th vs. 1st quintile (Q) OR = 1.49; 95% CI, 1.21–1.83; Ptrend <0.001] and lung cancer risk and GIac (5th vs. 1st Q OR = 1.48; 95% CI, 1.20–1.81; Ptrend = 0.001) and lung cancer risk. We observed a more pronounced association between GI and lung cancer risk among never smokers (5th vs. 1st Q OR = 2.25; 95% CI, 1.42–3.57), squamous cell carcinomas (SCC; 5th vs. 1st Q OR = 1.92; 95% CI, 1.30–2.83), and those with less than 12 years of education (5th vs. 1st Q OR = 1.75; 95% CI, 1.19–2.58, Pinteraction = 0.02). Conclusion: This study suggests that dietary GI and other lung cancer risk factors may jointly and independently influence lung cancer etiology. Impact: Understanding the role of GI in lung cancer could inform prevention strategies and elucidate biologic pathways related to lung cancer risk. Nu-i adevarat. Tre' sa ai o hartie, cu care sa fie de acord skeptical . Ca si nutritionista care m-a invatat pe mine la LCHF, are doctorat in nutritie, facut in Italia, da' iti dai seama ca hartiile ei nu-s bune de nimic...
