Asa mai experimenteaza unii pe copii ca sa fie mai la moda.
Uita-te la scheletele medievale, perioada in care carnea era rara. Cat de bine devoltate erau oasele? Cat de mari erau oamenii? Proteina animala este cel mai usor de digerat. Raportul dintre cate energie depunem ca o sa digeram si cata energie primim de la ea e cel mai avantajos. Surplusul de energie se duce la creier. |
