daca va fi aproximativ la fel ca Mazda 2, dupa gusturile mele nu va fi ceva superfrumos.

Bine... tie iti place Corsa mai mult decat Mazda2, ca sa mai zic.

Un concept in genul celor care au prefigurat S-Max si Mondeo break, adica o masina de serie deghizata in prototip, impopotonata cu un body kit impresionant. Varianta de serie se va descotorosi de jantele mari, ornamentele cromate si de unele elemente exagerate din interior, dar in rest asta e masina de serie, noul Fiesta. the new king of style, in clasa mica. IL VREAU!   8)

PS Nu se stie.. poate ca noul ST va avea un body kit asemanator cu cel al acestui concept.    :twisted:

The next Ford Fiesta will abandon the conservative styling of the current car in favour of the much sleeker, sharper look of this concept car. Described as “hinting at a future small European Ford”, this car gives us the best look yet at the next Fiesta.

Senior Ford design sources have said the new Fiesta puts style and good looks above all other considerations. Ford is also keen point out that the concept previews the design themes for other future small Fords, most notably the next Ka. The biggest visual differences between this car and the production Fiesta will be the height of the roofline, which will be taller. But the rear end is very similar to the real thing, right down to the shape of the window and the roof spoiler. At the front, the concept introduces a new Ford grille, paring the usual trapezoid down to little more than a chrome-trimmed sliver. The bonnet reverses the shape of the Mondeo’s, while the production car’s lights will be smaller. This is Ford’s first attempt at translating its ‘kinetic design’ theme into a small car. The project has been overseen by Ford’s European design director, Martin Smith, and has been designed to create the elements of a car that will be recognisable around the world as a Ford. The new Fiesta will be Ford’s first global car, to be produced and sold in markets as diverse and Mexico and South America. The engineering basics were developed by Mazda for the 2, with which the Fiesta shares its platform. Although easy-to-change panels such the front wings and bumpers will be modified for different markets, the core elements of the design, such as the rake of the windscreen, will remain.

This strategy will also help Ford to improve the profitability of its small cars; traditionally it is hard to make good money from smaller vehicles. By sharing a platform across the world, analysts forecast production of over a million B-cars by 2011.

conceptul va fii prezentat la frankfurt sii va purta denumirea verve.

daca masina de serie va arata in proportie de 90% ca prototipul ,din punctul meu de vedere va fii un mare succes.

ar fii frumos sa fie produs la craiova desii poate este doar un vis.

Ford Verve Concept Hints at Ford's Future Small-Car Design Vision

FRANKFURT, Germany--Ford Verve Concept - a bold and colourful concept car to be revealed at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show - gives the first hints of Ford's future small-car design vision.

The significance of the Ford Verve Concept is that it's the first physical evidence of the design direction for an all-new small Ford since it was announced earlier this year that the European arm of the company's global Product Development group is taking the design and engineering lead in creating a new small-car portfolio for major world markets. The Ford Verve Concept is the first of three concept vehicles which will debut in key regions - Europe, Asia and North America.

"Ford Verve Concept is presented here in Frankfurt as a bespoke concept car to generate reactions while our production plans are taking shape," said John Fleming, President and CEO of Ford of Europe. "Our Design team took an unrestrained approach to how our future small cars could look, and this eye-catching concept was one of the results. If we get the reaction we expect, I'm certain that the team will incorporate elements of this advanced design vision into our final production design. This will make the next generation of small cars from Ford very compelling indeed."

Finished in rich colours and distinctive materials inspired by the world of fashion and cosmetics, the Ford Verve Concept was created by a team of designers from Ford's studios in Dunton, England, and Cologne, Germany.

Building on the kinetic design momentum of Ford's recent iosis and iosis X concept cars, and the more premium feel of production models like the new Ford Mondeo, the Ford Verve Concept is a bold expression of a small-car vision.

As product development of a new generation of Ford small cars continues behind the scenes, Ford of Europe is hoping to gauge public reaction to the Ford Verve Concept during the Frankfurt Motor Show.

La prima vedere superba,daca si masina de serie va fi cat de cat la fel cred ca imi iau si io o buburuza

Fiat grande putin & Peugeot 207 arata de o mie de ori mai bine. interiorul arata insa relativ bine,sper insa nu fie fie la fel ca la mondeo unde in varianta cu "lemn" masina arata a chinezarie in interior

Nu-i cred in stare sa scoata asa beton de masina!!!!Cumparam una maine, ca ma scutea de un drum in Germania, sa iau un GTI...

tre sa faca ceva sa nu mai semene cu un Fiat sau un Citroen c3 uitat in caldura.

oricum, cel putin pe dinafara nici nu ii vede calcaiele lui pejo 207.

Parerea ta... 207 e o balega demodata pe langa Verve.
