openvpn

am sa las textul in engleza care l-am scris si pe forumul de la openvpn dar se pare ca nimeni nu mi-a raspuns :D poate ma poate careva de aici ajuta:

so here is my network

i have at work a router with 2 interfaces one is 21..something public ip, and one is 192.168.0.1 private, conected to it there is a win2003 server 192.168.0.2 one of it's interfaces
and 192.168.8.111 the other interface, the second is my office private lan

i've installed openvpn, done the nat on router something like this:

nat inside 192.168.0.2 1194 int out 21... 1194

i connect from home to throu the vpn to my work, everything seems fine, the servers gets it's ip 10.10.0.1
my home computer 10.10.0.6, in the status all seems ok,

the problem is that i cannot ping any computer at work,

i can ping 10.10.0.1 succesful, but nothing from 192.168.8.0/24 lan

i've pushed the route: 192.168.8.0 to the client (home computer) he puts it in it's routing tabel but no succes

anyone got any ideea what this could be?

i'm using openvpn through tun udp channel

if the config would help i can post that too...
