Refuz sa cred ca Media Pro transmite in DVB-H.

Fisierele sunt in format H.264-ES - fara sunet.

Acasa_1
Acasa_2
Pro_Cinema_1
Pro_Cinema_2

The Russian telco VimpelCom will start trialling its mobile TV service in Moscow on December 7.
Cableman reports that customers who purchase Samsung DVB-H enabled handsets will be able to watch the service free of charge in ‘test zones’ in the capital during the test period.
The service will offer eight federal channels, plus a number of additional channels, the carriage of which is still being negotiated.
Three companies – the VimpelCom subsidiary Dominanta, Digital Broadcasting and Centaur – have been awarded DVB-H licences for Moscow.
VimpelCom is one of the three largest mobile operators in Russia, and the other two (MTS, the market leader, and MegaFon) also have plans to launch mobile TV services.

Si la Moscova se misca.

Moscow prepares for full DVB-H
A DVB-H trial being currently undertaken in Moscow will become more accessible from the beginning of April and shortly be launched commercially. The news was given by Andrei Chernikov, the director of the VimpelCom subsidiary Dominanta, in an interview with Telemultimedia, quoted by AKTR.  According to Chernikov, the reception equipment currently required for the service  – Samsung P960 handsets, costing R9,900 (Euro249) – will be expanded to around five devices. He also confirmed that once up and running commercially, the DVB-H service would expect to break even within five years. Chernikov in addition said that the most popular channels in the trial have proved to be ones offering news and music and that in his view there is no particular need to create special continent for the DVB-H service. Significantly, he also said he was of the opinion that Moscow could at most support two DVB-H operations.

Virgin Mobile France, TDF to launch DVB-H next year  Thursday 22 April 2010 | 10:55 AM CET

MVNO Virgin Mobile France and broadcast services provider TDF plan to launch DVB-H mobile TV services in the second half of 2011. In a joint press release, the groups announced that they had signed a deal allowing Omer Telecom, the parent company of Virgin Mobile France, Tele2 Mobile France, Breizh Mobile and Casino Mobile, to be the exclusive mobile distributor at the launch of mobile TV services in France. The deal is subject to agreement between TDF and broadcasters, and to the approval of media regulator CSA. Mobile TV services over terrestrial networks were initially planned to be rolled out in 2007, but never got off the ground due to disagreements between mobile network operators and broadcasters over how to share investment and the preferred business model, free-to-air or subscription. Virgin Mobile CEO Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux told AFP that TDF will pay 100 percent of the network financing costs and will bill broadcasting content from clients such as Virgin, which operates a music TV channel and radio in France. The MVNO will benefit from an exclusivity period of several months, he added. The service is due to cover half of the French population at launch, or more than 2,500 towns and cities, well over the 30 percent threshold set by CSA. Virgin Mobile expects to offer plans including mobile TV, rather than to charge separately for TV service, according to the CEO. DVB-H mobile TV services are already up and running in four European countries, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Austria, where they have helped to offload mobile TV traffic from cellular networks. DVB-H picture quality is also considered superior to streaming mobile video.

Hoop, si Franta.  :)
