Atata vreme cat Germania conduce de fapt UE, VW nici nu isi pune problema sa plateasca vreo despagubire. Nu a platit ea cuiva pentru greseli de proiectare si crezi ca o sa plateasca pentru poluare ? Oamenii mor oricum din diverse cauze. Ce mai conteaza una in plus sau in minus ?

Cum dupa atata timp topicul inca nu este mort, sa mai agit putin spiritele:)
Noul soft care modifica parametrii motorului pentru a fi eco aparent cam scade puterea. Sunt pierderi si de aproape 30 NM .... Iar daca nu a pierdut asa mult cuplu, in schimb nu mai e disponibil la 200 NM 1800RPM spre exemplu ci la 2000 RPM ai acum 200 NM. Ciudat cum rezultatul e variabil la 10 masini din ce am inteles eu, in cateva cazuri aparand un castig de putere!
In orice caz, ramane cum am stabilit : pe masina mea nu vine niciun soft nou. Eventual unul de crestere a puterii. |

Eu consider ca e normal ca o masina sa piarda din putere in modul eco sa fie in specificatii cand e pe normal si sa creasca cand e pe sport...
Dar nu sunt de acord cu practica masluirii softului ! Totusi observ ca masinile noi care ies din fabrica difera intre ele la putere (este totusi o marja de mica) si din ce am vorbit cu un prieten care are dyno, inca nu a gasit o masina noua care sa ofere o putere sub cea specificata... dar mare e gradina Domnului si totul este posibil... |

In urma recall-ului, VW ar putea avea probleme legale cu utilizatorii doar in situatia in care au micsoarat puterea si cuplul maxim, dar ma indoiesc de asta, pentru ca EGR-ul se dezactiveaza complet la WOT. Curba de cuplu la sarcina moderata sunt absolut convins ca a fost modificata, in sensul reducerii cuplului (puterii), altfel n-ar avea cum sa reduca noxele. Si acum ajung la ultima ta fraza citata de mine: Tocmai acest lucru ma face pe mine un client VW multumit. Mi-au dat o masina care se comporta mai bine la sarcini intermediare decat s-ar fi comportat daca ar fi respectat testarea pe banc. Testarea pe banc oricum nu ajuta pe nimeni, nu e destinata reducerii poluarii reale, doar priveaza statele de incasarea unor bani (evident, bani incasati tot din buzunarul nostru). Atat de mult se tine cont de mediu in Romania, ca noi cumparam toate vechiturile de la altii, le inmatriculam si ...
Deci daca ar venii masini cu softul trucat in Romania, as prefera sa se cumpere cele cu softul trucat, decat cele de prin 2000... |

Nu au voie sa le vanda in alte tari, conform settlement cu EPA.
