Castigatorii premiilor BAFTA 2022

BAFTA has announced the winners of the 2022 EE British Academy Film Awards with Dune ending the night with the most wins – but not the big prize.
Denis Villeneuve's sci-fi epic won five awards, including for Original Score, but lost out on Best Film to The Power of the Dog. Jane Campion won Best Director for the celebrated Netflix movie, yet Benedict Cumberbatch lost out on Leading Actor to Will Smith.
The EE Rising Star award, the only award voted for by the public, went to No Time to Die star Lashana Lynch, while West Side Story and CODA both picked up two wins each.
Rebel Wilson hosted the ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall in London which is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.

Am vazut 3 filme din alea 5 de la Best Films (Don't look up, Dune, The power of the dog) ... The power of the dog mi s-a parut cel mai slab din cele 3, a trebuit sa-l reiau de vreo 3 ori ca sa-l termin, tot adormeam la el Nu ma deranjeaza neaparat cand un film e slow, chiar daca mai adorm la ele daca sunt obosit E filmat fain, actorii sunt okish, are ceva merite, dar nu are suficiente calitati pentru a fi un film care sa ia premii importante ... atuurile care il aduc in atentia premiilor Bafta/Oscar par a fi:
- faptul ca e regizat de o femeie
- faptul ca are personaje gay (n-am nimic impotriva filmelor cu personaje gay cat timp nu faci filme doar de dragul propagandei gay, cum lasa impresia filmul asta, singura chestie "interesanta" din tot filmul e twistul de la final - asta daca te prinzi ce s-a intamplat de fapt, ca unii s-ar putea sa nu se prinda)

Tocmai de asta are sanse si la Oscar, dar nu inseamna ca il si merita ...

Bine, nici Don't look up sau Dune nu sunt suficient de bune incat sa consider ca merita premii importante (sigur, la Visual Effects e foarte probabil ca Dune isi merita premiul si poate si la Cinematography), dar totusi eu le-am dat note ceva mai mari. Celelalte doua nu le-am vazut inca ...
