S27A350H If You Cannot Access The OSD Menu Or The OSD Menu Is Locked
Your monitor comes with an OSD Lock function. This function locks most of the OSD (On Screen Display) Menu settings so they cannot be inadvertently changed, while usually still allowing you to adjust the Brightness, Contrast, Channel, and Volume.
To unlock the OSD, follow these steps:
    Make sure the OSD screen is off.
    Push and hold the Menu button on your monitor for at least 5 seconds to lock or unlock the controls.  (The led may flash quickly when lock has been activated.)
To lock the OSD when it is unlocked, follow the same procedure.
Note:
    When the OSD is locked, the features you cannot access are either grayed out or have the word LOCKED displayed at the bottom of their menu screens.
    If your monitor has a remote, you must use the Menu button on the monitor. Pressing the Menu button on the remote will have no effect on the lock feature.
Important: If you have attached your monitor to your video card using a DVI or HDMI cable and you are using the Digital mode, the OSD menu adjustments will be unavailable. In some cases, the Brightness control and, less frequently, the Contrast control may still be available. You should be able to adjust the picture on your monitor through the driver software provided with your graphics card.
