Nvidia cu seria 40xx a facut magaria cu , hai sa mutam totul cu un tier mai jos ca nume , ca sa putem pastra pretul cat mai sus , si asa ce trebuia sa fie rtx4050 a devenit 4060 si tot asa , asta e cu capitalismul.

Astia de la Nvidia au scos un clip in care ridica in slavi 4060, Se face comparatie intre 4060 si 1060/2060/3060. Din care iese castigator detasat 4060

• It's sad that NVIDIA is relying on DLSS to boost framerates instead of raw performance.

• I’d be excited if I lived under a rock. Unfortunately I’m well aware this gen is not for gamers.

• Card is a joke without DLSS3.

• Fake interpolated frames don't count as frames, you can't benchmark them as if they're real frames, they don't improve responsiveness whatsoever. It's like old TV makers falsely advertising 60Hz TVs as 120Hz or 240Hz based on interpolation.

Pai asa e "in tenis", daca tu nu esti in stare, ii pui piedici celui care poate, ca sa file la fel de slab ca tine, sa nu mai iasa in evidenta.

Nvidia nu face la fel? Cand Sony si Nvidia vin cu politici anticoncurentiale lumea nu se revolta in schimb daca AMD sau Microsoft fac ceva similar toata lumea se agita.
De Nintendo numai vorbesc care sunt una dintre companiile cu cele mai multe politici anticonsumator dar au vanzari record.

@sys : Daca FSR era blocat pe placi AMD puteam vorbii de practici anti-concurentiale cum e cazul la Nivea.  Da na cand placa ce ai cumparato nu e in stare sa duca nici 60FPS fara vaselina DLSS urli pe net ca AMD e de vina ca Nivea ti-o dat tzapa vanzandu-ti petarde :>

Faptul ca AMD sponsorizeaza jocuri ca sa nu includa DLSS este recunoastere directa a faptului ca FSR este inferior SLSS-ului.
AMD nu reuseste sa se ridice la standardele inpuse de Nvidia? Atunci hai sa le intepam cauciucurile.

Am impresia ca "scandalul" asta e facut sa acopere faptul ca Nivea nu recheama de pe piata toate placile RTX 4000 cu vechiul conector.

In alta ordine de idei de la RTX 2000 avem "Optical Flow Accelerator" dar surpriza Nivea da voie la Fake Frames doar pe RTX 4000

According to Micron, the next-gen GDDR7 memory standard is expected to launch in the first half of 2024. Will this address the growing concerns regarding VRAM limitations, or will it simply contribute to the ongoing rise in GPU prices?
While GDDR6/GDDR6X are the current video memory standards in graphics cards, it’s time to move on — the tech has been around since 2018, which is a long time in the world of computer hardware. Micron has a fix in the form of GDDR7, and it talked about its plans during its recent earnings call. So far, it appears that everything is on track and GDDR7 memory will make it to the market in less than a year from now — but that doesn’t mean we’ll be seeing it in GPUs right away.
Once GDDR7 is here, it’ll definitely serve up a massive boost in bandwidth, and that could be a lifesaver for cards with a small memory bus, like the RTX 4060 Ti or the RX 7600. However, even high-end GPUs will certainly benefit.
However, there’s a downside to GDDR7, which is that it will likely cause an increase in GPU prices. Seeing as some current-gen cards are already extremely overpriced, that doesn’t bode well for our wallets."
