Visual Basic - disable keyboard- in xp

Salutare!
Incerc de cateva zile sa dezactivez tastaura...dar nu vrea in nici un fel.
Pentru 98 am reusit sa fac treaba asta cu
Call Shell ("c:\windows\system\rundll.exe keyboard,disable")......
in xp ar trebui sa fie cu system32 si cu rundll32.exe..dar nu e asa....
Ma poate ajuta cineva?

pe nt faci cu un keyboard hook, vezi SetWindowsHookEx(WH_KEYBOARD ....... & UnhookWindowsHookEx

n'o faci doar cu Call Shell man .. cauta si tu putin prin MSDN putin ca o sa gasesti...

Dar atentzie trebuie sa dezactivezi Ctrl+alt+delete in cazul in care nu e dezactivat la apasarea acestor taste tastatura ishi revine din blocare
