Pe scurt: Zbor cumparat de la o agentie romaneasca (Happy Tours), pe confirmare am BA dar la intoarcere e operat de AA. Zborul a fost anulat (probleme tehnice) si am plecat 30 de ore mai tarziu. Compania (AA) a oferit cazare dar refuza sa ofere compensatie cu exceptia unor vouchere pt. calatorii viitoare pe care nu am de gand sa le folosesc. Ruta a fost Orlando (US) - Bucuresti iar eu am cheltuit o gramada de bani in plus si am si fost obligat sa schimb un alt zbor la care nu am mai ajus din cauza intarzierii. Alti bani, alta distractie.
Din cate vad eu pe site-ul EU exista un "extraordinary circumstance" plus ca daca mi se ofera o ruta similara e posibil sa nu am dreptul la compensatie dar nu imi e foarte clar. Daca agentia nu te poate sfatui asupra ce e e facut pe viitor pentru a primi compensatiile indreptatite eu zic sa depui plangeri si sa ceri consultanta la UE , au o institutie pentru passenger rights care se ocupa de asa ceva.
Eu m-am certat cu qatar anul trecut pentru o modificare de zbor inainte de plecare si dupa 20 de mailuri si multe reclamatii depuse peste tot, dupa ce i-am amenintat ca ii dau in judecata si alte chestii mi-au dat vouchere de 500 dolari pe care le-am si folosit acum sa merg in dubai . Daca mai insistam putin imi vedeam banii . Da-le un mail ca te-ai consultat cu avocatul si ca te sfatuieste sa depui o plangere oficiala in baza reglemantarii 76/2004 au cad dracu e, conform paragrafului cu nr si tot, stie el sa formuleze . |

Multumesc, chiar asta le-am scris numai ca drepturile astea nu se aplica pt zboruri din afara EU cu o companie non-EU. Ar mai fi varianta Airhelp, asta e urmatorul pas.
