Ma scoate din sarite obsesia asta cu a fi supla si in timpul sarcinii. Sau sa arati exact ca inainte, eventual si mai bine, la 1 saptamana dupa ce ai fatat. Nu-i de ajuns ca toata viata trebuie sa te abtii din a manca cate prajituri vrei, mai nou trebuie sa fii slaba si cand esti gravida, doar burta sa fie diferenta.
Dupa parerea mea e ok sa te ingrasi in timpul sarcinii (cu niste limite desigur), si un an de zile sa iti revii la forma initiala e o perioada rezonabila. Edited by Oscilatrix, 18 January 2014 - 17:28. |

Eu una nu as manca sa ajung balena si sa nu am.nicio restrictie in ideea a tot eu o sa trag cu dintii apoi sa slabesc si cine a practicat stie ce presupune. Ca alaptezi si consumi caloriile e ok,dar daca nu alaptezi? Se poate manca sanatos si duce o sarcina, chiar e indicata renuntarea la dulciuri,fainoase,tigari,alcool inainte se sarcina ptr imbunatatirea materialului genetic...sa nu mai zic in timpul sarcinii...

Eu am citit pe un site medical ca organismul are tendinta de ingrasare oricum in perioada sarcinii, chiar daca nu mananci ca vaca.
Si oricum, nu vad de ce le-ar pasa unora de cat se ingrasa nu stiu ce necunoscuta si cat / daca slabeste dupa. Edited by Oscilatrix, 21 January 2014 - 02:41. |

With the rising prevalence of maternal obesity in most developed countries, more recent studies have been investigating the impact of overnutrition on the development of adult diseases. The results suggest that the offspring of obese mothers are more likely to become obese. They are also at increased risk for developing diabetes and what the medical community refers to as the metabolic syndrome: a constellation of disorders including obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated serum triglyceride levels, low HDL cholesterol levels, and small, dense LDL particles. The metabolic syndrome is likewise a potent risk factor for the development of cardiovascular disease. However, the reason for the transfer of risk from mother to child is currently not well understood. Maternal diabetes, gestational diabetes (the development of diabetes during pregnancy), maternal obesity, and excessive maternal weight gain during pregnancy are important risk factors for having a large baby. All these conditions have in common either intermittent or sustained hyperglycemia (elevated blood sugar levels) in the mother. High glucose levels in the maternal circulation induce the transfer of increased amounts of glucose across the placenta (the link between the maternal and fetal circulation) into the fetus. This is equivalent to feeding the developing baby excessive amounts of sugar. As a result, there is a rise in fetal insulin levels. Investigators evaluated fat mass in neonates born to mothers with diabetes and in those who developed diabetes during the pregnancy (gestational diabetes). They determined that higher blood glucose in the mother during pregnancy is associated with fatter babies. What is particularly disturbing is that, even when their birth weight is normal, these infants have a higher fat mass compared to babies born to mothers without elevated glucose. Another study compared fetal body fat in nondiabetic mothers manifesting only slightly abnormal glucose levels with that in mothers with normal blood glucose levels. They found elevated body fat in the babies of the mothers with only slightly elevated blood glucose levels. As noted in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, this increase in body fat may be a significant risk for obesity in early childhood and possibly in later life. Thus, in addition to maternal body mass, the expectant mother’s blood glucose levels are a major determinant of fetal fat mass. It appears that the associated rise in fetal insulin levels is contributing to fat babies in the same manner it produces fat adults. In addition to programming babies to become very efficient at storing fat, fetal overnutrition can produce other physiologic alterations. It has been proposed that exposure of the fetus to an excessive nutrient supply during critical windows of development may result in permanent changes within the appetite regulatory system in the brain of the newborn baby. This has been investigated in animal models, which have demonstrated changes in the expression of neuropeptides that regulate food intake. This represents another mechanism whereby fetal overnutrition may lead to a subsequent increase in childhood and adult obesity. |

Daca va hotarati sa mai faceti un copil va recomand testul PartoSure. Sunt atat de incantata ca am incercat acest test la timp! Am avut o sarcina premature, dar datorita testului nu am fost luata prin surprindere, aveam totul pregatit. Chiar daca nu sunteti predispose e bine sa il incercati dupa implinirea a 20 de saptamani. Testul este correct 99%.

Ca informatie recomand chiropractorul celor care nasc prin cezariana.Slabesti mult mai rapid si usor.Acum sint foarte multe aeorbicuri/yoga/pilates pentru femei gravide sau special pentru cele care au nascut.Eu am revenit in yoga si pilates dupa multa timp,5,6luni...parca. Mi se pare o crima sa trimiti o femeie care a nascut prin cezariana in sala de sport.Fa-ti,tu,harakiri sa vezi cum e.. Da,stiu,discutia este depsre femeile care au nascut natural dar vad ca se generalizeaza aiurea. Nu stiu cite persoane ai urmarit dar nici tu nu stii ce probleme au avut mamicile in timpul sarcinii/dupa sau cum au nascut.Doctorul iti spune daca ai voie sa faci miscare ce/cum si cit..
