     First of all, i must apologize for the long email that i send you, but i could not explain you the procedure with less words. So please read carefully my proposal because i am sure that you'll find it a safe and fast way to close the deal.
     As you saw on mobile.de the car is located in Germany. A small problem is the fact that i am out of country, and i don't have nobody in Germany to show you the car. But that will not be a problem because i have a good proposal to finish the transaction in the best way for both of us. I will not ask you any money in advance (The transaction will be made face to face ), i just want to see that you are a serious buyer.
     For that we'll use a service named western union. You must find a local western union office ( click here ) and you'll ask a friend or a relative of yours to go there and put 3000 EUR on your name and the address where the car is. He just has to go there with cash money and tell to the western union agent that he wants a western union paper to send money to a friend or relative, for personal use. He completes the paper with his name and address , your name and the address i provide you and gives the cash to the agent in order to complete the payment. Fast Simple, and to the object. Your relative or your friend will be the sender and the receiver is you in Germany (your name with this address : Schwerinstr. 12, Düsseldorf/40477, Germany-because the car is located here) .  
      I must tell you from now that under no circumstances you don't have to tell to the western union agent that you send the money for an internet transaction. Western union is designed to send money between familly or friends .... so for the deals through internet they will charge you a comission of 20 % from the amount that you have to send. So tell them that you send the money to a friend or relative, in this way the comission is between 5-10 %
     After that you have to send me the scanned paper of the transfer. With the details of the transfer i can call or verify on the western union website if the transfer is valid, and in this way I'll be sure that you are a serious buyer. Also you have 100 % control on your money because the money will be available on your name and only you (the receiver) can pick up the money.

     I know that western union is kind of expensive but is the only way that I can check you are for real and you have the money so you can deduct the taxes from the amount that you have to send.
     If you find something wrong with this car then i will give you back the money you spent on your trip , and you'll also go to the western union office and you'll take back the money sent on your name . Any way i am sure that you'll buy it because it is 100 % in perfect condition.
     As you can see from the proposal i made you, this transaction is secure for both of us, because you'll not send me any money in advance, and also i have the insurance that you are a serious buyer.
     If you want to convince me to meet without sending the paper as i told you, please don't lose your time and mine, because i am not going to accept any other transaction.

cred ca la WU poti scoate banii cunoscand codul dat celui ce trimite banii, nu trebuie neaparat sa fii destinatarul lor

sincer astia mi se par niste gainari care nu o sa reziste mult pe piata, din principiu nu furi prin intermediul western union, sucursale de banci, bancomate etc, orice are camere de supraveghere sau eventual necesita legitimare (ma indoiesc ca te prezinti la ghiseul Western Union cu fraza "vreau si eu niste bani, am codul asta", trebuie sa prezinti un act, ceva).

Catre enderedy - povestiri de genul "eu fac asta de 7-8 ani de zile cu cateva mii lejer la 2 zile" sunt pentru gura-casca, nu pleca urechea la ele. Erau probabil niste manelari frustrati ca vecinul lor si-a luat "SeLeu" cu banii stransi in italia sau spania si s-au gandit si ei sa se apuce de gainarii. Nu exista tepari laudarosi care sa ramana pe piata 7-8 ani, aia care raman in libertate mult sunt mult mai inteligenti, tac si le fac, si nu tepuiesc cu mult. Si cand tepuiesti cetateni straini, sa fii sigur ca autoritatile lor te vor gasi, daca esti in Romania asta nu inseamna ca esti in siguranta si tragi tepe la nivel global. Urmaream mai demult un forum despre crima electronica si imi amintesc de valceanul care a luat 54 de ani de inchisoare pentru crimele electronice comise, a fost judecat in afara tarii pentru ca petentii erau straini. Repet, laudarosii astia cu "fraiere eu fac asta de 7-8 ani si am o gramada de bani" nu rezista mult, pe undeva tot rasufla scamatoria mai devreme sau mai tarziu. E important sa casti ochii, sa nu fii tu insuti prada celor 10-20 de tepe pe care apuca sa le traga, in rest, las-o pe seama altora sa aiba grija de ei, fiindca ulciorul nu merge de multe ori la apa... In special cu amatori care isi pastreaza pseudonimul de la teapa la teapa sau care isi dau numere de telefon de Romania.

pai, ca sa faci plangere (la politie sau unde vrei), trebuie sa dovedesti ca ai luat teapa, adica sa dovedesti ca ai platit niste bani pentru ceva ce nu ti-a fost livrat. cum dovedesti ca ai platit PENTRU MASINA AIA, daca tu platesti prin western union si acolo NU ai cum sa scri "transfer bani ptr masina"? cel care primeste banii poate sa trimita pe altcineva sa ridice banii ptr el (teoretic nu e voie, practic te mai lasa daca stii si nr de transfer) sau pur si simplu poate sustine ca i-ai platit o datorie mai veche inapoi.

ideea e ca tu n-ai cum sa dovedesti ca ai platit pentru masina. iar daca sustii asta, inseamna ca ai facut fals in acte in formularul de transfer de bani western union (deci esti si tu in culpa). in cel mai bun caz, poti dovedi ca ai trimis niste bani lui X, dar poate ai vrut sa ii faci cadou sau poate ai vrut sa cumperi un pix cu valoare sentimentala de 6000 de euro... atata timp cat nu sunt acte doveditoare, fiecare poate sustine orice.

daca plata s-ar fi facut prin transfer bancar, de la banca ti-ar fi cerut o factura sau contract, chestie care nu pica bine celui care trage tzeapa pentru ca ai avea la mana un act prin care el se obliga sa iti dea masina in schimbul banilor

Ai dreptate   Imi dau seama ca obtinerea banilor prin WU e o treaba destul de ok gandita, dar oricum raman la parerea mea ca restul e mult prea subred.

evident ca treaba e subreda rau de tot, dar sunt convins ca se gasesc clienti care pun botu' la "super-oferte" din astea... altfel n-ar mai fi atatia tzepari care folosesc metoda asta.

Citesc si nu-mi vine sa cred......si eu intentionez sa-mi iau masina si caut si caut de 2 luni tot caut pe tot felul de site-uri , dau si de super oferte (cine stie ce BMW cu 3 4 mii de E) dar nu concep sa dau banii pe acea masina prin transfer (adica vrabia din mana pe aia de pe gard) ...in primul rand tre sa vad masina....sa presupunem ca e omul serios si cand te duci acolo iti da masina respectiva numa ca e alba in loc de neagra si are 5 usi in loc de 3 ce te faci? (ai platit-o , e a ta ) spor la shopping prin DE dar sfatul meu: PANA NU VEDETI MASINA LIVE (in primul rand ca o inspectie personala asupra uzurii si etc) NICI SA NU VA GANDITI LA ALTE METODE DE CUMPARARE PRIN TRANSFER SAU ALTELE...
