Nu pot vedea alte PC-uri pe retea.

'Neata.Am un PC si un laptop pe care foloseam Mouse without Borders si Acoustic Bridge pentru a umbla si asculta pe laptop cu aceleasi mouse/tastatura/casti. Recent mi-am schimbat internetul de la Vodafone la Orange si bineinteles am alt router. Am realizat ca mouse without borders nu mai functioneaza , m-am gandit ca din cauza ca am ip-uri noi, am reinstalat aplicatia dar tot nu merge.Am incercat si alte aplicatii ( synergy/inputdirector) si toate dau aceeasi erorare:'nu exista celalalt pc pe retea'. Exista ceva setari la router care ar trebui facute?Am cautat solutii pe diferite site-uri si nici una nu a mers (activare servicii/firewall.etc...Chiar am reinstalat windowsul si pe PC si pe laptop ca sa fac "instalare de la 0" si tot nimic. ( Da, e aceeasi versiune de win10 , cu ultimele updateuri) Cred totusi ca e ceva ce ar trebui facut la router si nu stiu ce. Routerul e ZTE Internetbox V6

Ambele dispozitive au aceeasi clasa de IP? (gen: PC 192.168.1.5 si laptopul 192.168.1.10)

Da,PC-ul e .10 si laptopul .12

Daca PC-ul este prin cablu Ethernet si laptopul prin WiFi dezactiveaza AP Isolation din meniul routerului.

PC-ul e prin cablu, am incercat si cu laptopul prin cablu si prin wi-fi. Nu gasesc AP Isolation in meniul routerului...

Nu am nici un AP Isolation sau SSID Isolation..nimic de genul.

La ping raspund intre ele?
La network in Windows e pus pe private?

La network e pus pe private la ambele ,la ping imi da: destination host unreachable si cand dau ping de pe laptop la pc si invers.

Presupun ca folosesti Windows (nu Linux).

Porneste cmd si executa urmatoarele 2 comenzi pe PC:

ipconfig | find /i "address"
ipconfig | find /i "gateway"

Apoi fa acelasi lucru pe laptop.

Posteaza rezultatul comenzilor.

Da comanda asta pe ambele, selecteaza doar ce tine de placa de retea in uz, pune aici:
ipconfig /all

Fa poze la toate ecranele routerului, in manual nu apare nimic folositor.

He he, sincer nu ma asteptam sa pui poze.
Am patit de nshpe ori sa cer(em) poze si sa nu mai raspunda nimeni niciodata.
Oricum, nu am gasit nimic suspect.
Poate doar daca are Isolation activat si nu exista optiune dezactivare.
Am observat ca are multe retele (SSID), unele cu acelasi nume, dar apoi am vazut ca sint dezactivate.
Oricum, ai incercat cu ambele pe cablu, deci nu cred ca fie problema asta....
Ce vreau sa sic: poate vine altul mai destept si gaseste buna!

Avand in vedere ca e cam ciudat ce se intampla, propun sa reboot-ezi toate sistemele: restartezi router-ul si astepti sa re-porneasca, apoi restartezi PC si laptop.
