Instalare Linux Mint pe HDD sau SSD extern si folosirea lui pe orice alt pc ?!

da, numai ca unele chestii hardware vor necesita drivere proprii.
de ce nu un usb butabil cu persistenta?

ca-si pastreaza ce instaleaza dupa reboot ca in cazul in care ar instala pe partitie linux pe hdd/sdd, doar ca nu tine discu blocat..

Păi dacă instalezi pe un stick USB (SSD extern în cazul de față), se păstrează totul după reboot. Nu înțeleg faza cu discul blocat. Ce vrei să zici?

Adica poti sa folosesti dicul la altceva serios intre timp, nu-l freci toata ziua.

Înțeleg acum, dar tot nu are vreun sens, că USB-ul bootabil cu persistență tot aia face.
