Who Should NOT Get Vaccinated

• If you have had a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) or an immediate allergic reaction, even if it was not severe, to any ingredient in the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (such as polyethylene glycol), you should not get this vaccine.
  
• If you had a severe or immediate allergic reaction after getting the first dose of a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, you should not get a second dose of either of this vaccine.
  
• A severe allergic reaction is one that needs to be treated with epinephrine or EpiPen or with medical care. Learn about common side effects of COVID-19 vaccines and when to call a doctor.
  
• An immediate allergic reaction means a reaction within 4 hours of exposure, including symptoms such as hives, swelling, or wheezing (respiratory distress).

Who should not take the vaccine?

People with a history of severe allergic reaction to any component of the vaccine should not take it.
There are currently no efficacy or safety data for children below the age of 12 years. Until such data are available, individuals below 12 years of age should not be routinely vaccinated.
Is this vaccine recommended for adolescents?

A Phase 3 trial in children aged 12-15 years showed high efficacy and good safety in this age group, leading to an extension of the previous age indication from 16 years onwards down to age 12 onwards.
Evidence suggests that adolescents, particularly older adolescents, are as likely to transmit SARS-CoV-2 as adults. WHO recommends that countries should consider using the vaccine in children aged 12 to 15 only when high vaccine coverage with 2 doses has been achieved in the high priority groups as identified in the WHO Prioritization Roadmap.

WHO SHOULD NOT GET THE VACCINE?
You should not get the vaccine if you:
•had a severe allergic reaction after a previous dose of this vaccine
•had a severe allergic reaction to any ingredient of this vaccine.

WHAT ARE THE RISKS OF THE VACCINE?
There is a remote chance that the vaccine could cause a severe allergic reaction. A

severe allergic reaction would usually occur within a few minutes to one hour after

getting a dose of the vaccine. For this reason, your vaccination provider may ask you to
stay at the place where you received your vaccine for monitoring after vaccination.
Signs of a severe allergic reaction can include:
•Difficulty breathing
•Swelling of your face and throat
•A fast heartbeat
•A bad rash all over your body
•Dizziness and weakness


Myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the

lining outside the heart) have occurred in some people who have received the vaccine.
In most of these people, symptoms began within a few days following receipt of the
second dose of vaccine. The chance of having this occur is very low. You should seek

medical attention right away if you have any of the following symptoms after receiving

the vaccine:
•Chest pain
•Shortness of breath
•Feelings of having a fast-beating, fluttering, or pounding heart


Side effects that have been reported with the vaccine include:
•severe allergic reactions
•non-severe allergic reactions such as rash, itching, hives, or swelling of the face
•myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle)
•pericarditis (inflammation of the lining outside the heart)
•injection site pain
•tiredness
•headache
•muscle pain
•chills
•joint pain
•fever
•injection site swelling
•injection site redness
•nausea
•feeling unwell
•swollen lymph nodes (lymphadenopathy)
•decreased appetite
•diarrhea

•fainting in association with injection of the vaccine

These may not be all the possible side effects of the vaccine. Serious and unexpected
side effects may occur. The possible side effects of the vaccine are still being studied in
clinical trials.

Daca exista...care sunt?

Doar medicul curant poate sti, nu ala de familie.

Da’ ăla de familie de ce nu poate știi? Eu cum de știu?

Dar in cazul in care vreau sa fac si vaccinul antigripal? Exista vreo limita minima de timp inainte sau dupa vaccinul Covid pentru vaccinul antigripal?

La noi sunt mai multi medici de familie antivaccinisti decat care stiu sa lucreze cu tabelele si cu codurile alea.

Contraindicații…

-alergie la polisorbat și/ sau la polietilen-glicol (PEG)

Atunci vinovați sunt cei care le-au dat diploma și mai apoi dreptul de liberă practică.

Uite eu stiu un caz, chiar in Oradea, un pneumolog i-a zis cuiva care intrebase de vaccin ca el ar fi ultimul din lumea asta care s-ar vaccina, dar el nu se baga in discutii despre pro-contra vaccin.

Din cate am inteles majoritatea medicilor sunt anti vaccin. Iar ala era un medic recomandat ca fiind cel mai bun din Oradea, nu unu de pe sate.
