Sfatul cu grabitul este valabil pentru ca in martie expira si cei 2 ani, si te pot purta pe drum cu transportul pana trec cei 2 ani si ai terminat garantia. 1. Am modificat titlul topicului, initiatorul a pus un titlu gresit. Apple nu i-a refuzat reparatia...
2. Pierdem timpul aiurea pe aici, apeleaza la garantia emag, nu te du tu de capul tau la terti asteptand reparatii moca, reparatii pe care nu o sa le primesti. 3. Daca emag nu iti rezolva problema, abia atunci apelezi la ANPC. |

Tu faci din contul tau online cererea la emag, sau mergi in magazin emag. E treaba lor sa-l trimita la depanero sau la oricine altcineva, ti-l repara si ti-l aduce pe curier inapoi sau il ridici din magazinul emag. Nu ai treaba cu service-ul tu. |

Eu nu pricepusi un lucru: daca ai vazut ca de la inceput face figuri, de ce ai asteptat pana acum sa il repari ? Cel putin la inceput era acoperit de garantia Apple si atunci nu mai trebuia sa iti bati capul. Acum din pacate trebuie sa iti bati...

Oriunde in lumea asta exista chestii in lege unde te poti fofila, si ce am scris eu este valabil doar in 80% din cazuri. Mai ales in Romania, ajungi la puscarie cu legea in mana... geeez. El vrea garantie dar fara sa aiba o dovada de achizitie.
Cel mai probabil l-a luat de la cineva care a spus ca l-a cumparat de pe emag, poate chiar a dat o factura falsa, insa la emag nu exista ca nu provine de acolo. Si el incearca acum sa traga de Apple sa ii ofere o garantie inexistenta. |
