System Software missing Garmin DEZL 760

Bun ziua!Am incercat sa fac update de software si de harti navigatiei mele cu aplicatia Garmin Express.Mi-a dat o eroare cu failed.Nu am miscat cablul/navigatia.Din cate am inteles este un glitch.As aprecia daca m-ati ajuta deoarece am mare nevoie de ea ca plec la munca.
Am contactat pe cei de la garmin,dar au spus ca nu mai am garantie si nu ma pot ajuta.
Daca incerc sa deschis navigatia nu mi-o detecteaza PC.
Daca tin apasat pe butonul de pornire si in colt dreapt jos,imi apare un scris miscator cu SYSTEM,si atunci mi-l detecteaza PC,dar aplicatia nu.
VA MULTUMESC!
P.S: Am backup.

Cand il detecteaza PC-ul, vezi continutul Garminului? (toate directoarele si fisierele?)
Bifeaza sa vezi tot pt ca are si directoare ascunse.
Refaci din backup tot.

http://prntscr.com/m2iqxw asa imi apare in device manager.Am instalat driverele usb si de aia apare asa.Inainte sa le instalez aparea unknown device.

Procedura asta ai incercat-o?
Perform the Hard Reset:

*Note that this will clear all user selected settings on the unit

Power the unit off.
Remove the battery and wait several minutes.
Install the battery.
Press and hold (and continue to hold) the bottom-right corner of the screen while powering the unit on.
Continue to hold the screen until the "Do you want to erase all user data?" prompt appears.
Press "yes" and the unit will reboot. This resets all your location settings and user preferences.

Tu n-o scoti...

To perform a master reset on a dezl:
    Start with the device turned off and unplugged from power
    On the dezl 570, 760, and 770: the verify the device is powered off and not in standby mode, press and hold down the power button until prompted to turn off the device
    Power on the device
    When the first copyright screen appears press and hold the lower right hand corner of the display portion of the touchscreen
    Remove your finger from the touchscreen when "Erase all user data?" appears
    Touch Yes

Sau asa

The only think you can try is to push and hold the on/off button for 10 sec this will reset the device.
If this does not help your only way of getting it fixed is to send it to Garmin for repair.

Unfortunately you cannot reload the Software without the main menu working on your unit.

Nasol moment.
Singura varianta ramine service-ul oficial, tu nu-i poti face nimic acasa. Si nu esti nici pe departe caz izolat.
