Salutare, astazi am primit un telefon de la un reprezentant rds, mi-a spus ca pe ip-ul meu am inregistrat accesari ilegale ale premier league(cam asa ceva) si mi-a trimis email cu ce a primit si ea
am intrebat-o ce s-ar putea intampla si a zis ca se poate sa mi se blocheze netul ce am facut ieri? am accesat siteul hdmi-tv.ru care transmite canale in format acestream printre care si canale rusesti care trasmit meciuri de premier league. Mai jos emailul primit de dansa: Dear Sir/Madam, Please find below a copyright infringement notice sent to a site that is making use of streaming servers hosted within your infrastructure. Una e sa vizionezi continut piratat, alta sa facilitezi accesarea acestuia.
Protocolul acestream este de tip p2p (peer-to-peer) - vezi aici cum functioneaza o astfel de conexiune https://en.wikipedia...ki/Peer-to-peer |

What? Nu au cum sa te blocheze pentru asta, ilegalitati fac cei ce transmit nu tu ca te uiti. Ce facem acum, stam verificam personal fiecare filmulet/stream de pe net daca are probleme de copyright?

te asigur eu ca e reprezentat rds, mi-a zis sa rezolv problema ca ea nu stie ce am facut
ea a primit email de la compania Friend MTS care se ocupa cu protectia contentului, Premier league le este client |

Ea si-a facut datoria sa te atentioneze.
Dpdpv practic nu prea are ce sa ti se face, pt ca legislatia din Romania este inca foarte permisiva. |

Ori ai facut streaming ori subiectul asta este fake as fuck.
Si ai grija ca VPN -urile FREE sunt periculoase, iti fura datele private, te viruseaza. VPN-urile sunt virusi. |

Eu cred ca ai facut streaming de pe server de la tine altfel nu avea pentru ce sa faca scandal , ai luat link si l-ai pladat pe vreun server si t-ia luat ip .
Probabil a fost accesat acel link de mai multi utilizatori aparand ca sursa IP-ul tau. |

acestream e peer to peer, deci si cel care vizioneaza streamul ia parte la transfer... daca ai luat vreodata torrente, ai fi vazut ca apare si IP-ul tau la Seeds/Peers...

nici nu stiu sa fac streaming ))) am zis ca am vizionat doar streamul de pe acel site rusesc ce foloseste acestream ca scriptAi facut tu o dracie.. nu cred ca te-au dibuit ei degeaba. In Romania milioane de clienti acceseaza streamuri ilegale si nu-i suna nimeni de la RDS. |

Din cate inteleg adresa pe care a intrat el este per-to-per, adica cumva el se uita la film si serverul se folosea de ceva de la el sa brodcast/streaming mai departe.
Daca am priceput eu bine. |

Te duci frumos tot la rusi pe onlybest îți faci cont ,îți descarci playlist pe ce format ti-se potrivește si te uiți liniștit la ce meci vrei tu cu VLC .
Playlist valabil o luna ,după care trebuie renoita sesiunea (token) Altfel nu mai funcționează. |
