Gogosile cu ciocolata- American donuts sunt bune pt sanatate?au prea mult zahar?am vazut ca in cafenele scrie ca au fost anterior congelate..ele par pufoase si bune..

Atat cat poate fi de bun un aluat congelat si apoi prajit in ulei! Ciocolata aia nu mai poate dauna cu nimic.
Normal ca sunt congelate. Ai vazut tu sa framante cineva aluatul la aia si sa il lase la dospit? Ai gustat? Sunt bune ca gust, dar nu foarte-foarte. Conteaza sa nu mananci asa ceva prea des. Exista retete bune de gogosi romanesti! Edited by arab, 26 May 2017 - 10:14. |

Gogosile nu sunt sanatoase.
Doughnuts Doughnuts are fried, full of sugar and white flour, and most all varieties contain trans fat. Store-bought doughnuts are made up of about 35 percent to 40 percent trans fat, and an average doughnut contains about 200 to 300 calories, mostly from sugar, and few other nutrients. Trans fats, found largely in commercially prepared baked and fried foods, have become notorious in recent years because they not only raise "bad" LDL cholesterol, but also lower levels of heart-healthy HDL cholesterol. High trans-fat intake has been linked to coronary heart disease, in which fatty plaques build up in the heart arteries, sometimes leading to a heart attack. Furthermore, when foods are cooked at high temperatures, carcinogenic substances like acrylamide can form. It's too bad that Americans view doughnuts as a breakfast food as, nutritionally speaking, eating a doughnut is one of the worst ways to start off your day. It will throw off your blood sugar and doesn’t provide any real nutrients, which means you'll soon be hungry again. Faptul ca au fost congelate nu e nicio problema - doar se coc pe urma.
Gogosile de principiu nu sunt bune la sanatate - ulei prajit si mult zahar. |

Niciun aluat congelat industrial nu e sanatos. Are in compozitie E-uri-nesanatoase!

Cam 90-95% din toate alimentele care se gasesc pe piata sunt chimizate mai mult sau mai putin.
Dar noi suntem incet, incet pregatiti sa le asimilam asa cum sunt ele. Organismul devine la marea majoritate dintre noi, imun. Mult mai rau este cand trecem de la astea la ,,bio''. Oricum sunt sigur ca nu exista asa ceva. Poate doar in culturile supravegheate din laborator. Dar asta este alta discutie foarte complexa... |

Otrava nu sint, dar nici sanatate curata. Mananca cu frana, cand si cand. Btw, politistii americani se indoapa cu alea prin filme.
