problema de lan

Salut
Am o problema la un pc intel core 2 quad q 6600 2.40ghz  la care am instalat un xp sp3 si vreau sa il conectez la un alt pc , sau sa conectez un router la el si nu pot sa fac sa functioneze.
Pc-urile se vad, conexiunea este buna si cu router-ul la dar nu pot sa intru pe pc sau in router .
Am sharat partitiile si tot nu pot sa intru de pe unul pe altul .
Am un nazdravan de 3 ani jumate si apasa la intamplare pe taste si cred ca a facut o setare ceva si nu mai merge.
Am mai avut legat inainte si functiona perfect , dar cand nu a mai functionat , am instalat din nou xp si am incercat din nou dar nu am mai mers nicicum.
Mentionez ca driverele le-am luat de pe net cu Driver Identifier.
Nu am experienta in domeniu dar vreau sa repar problema si sa nu am de luat doua pc-uri de dus la reparat.
Vreau sa ma joc cu juniorul pe pc din cand in cand si vreau sa rezolv problema .

nu merge am incercat si nu pot intra in din pc in altul , la send merge dar la received 0

am incercat sa bag o captura de ecran , dar nu merge si tot am incercat sa vad si eu care e problema pe alte site-uri dar nu am gasit nimic asemanator.
poate ma ajutati dvs. sa rezolv problema.

Troubleshooting

am facut asta din nou dar cand bag cablul de conexiune se deschide vechea conexiune
din nou pc-urile se vad arata ca functioneaza dar nu pot intra din unul in altul.
mia aparut   incoming connctions no client connected la conexiunea creata cum ati mai spus mai sus.

am descarcat de pe net Complete Internet Repair si l-am rulat.
poate , poate ma va ajuta dar a aparut alta problema.
dupa ce l-am rulat la conexiunea cre apare cand bag cablul in port apare o iconita galbena cu semnul exclamarii cu limited or no connectivity.
ce-i de facut si cum ca-s ca bolovanul.
am dat repair dar nu a mers.

ma poate ajuta cineva?

avand in vedere lipsa de detalii nu o sa avem cum sa te ajutam. vb acolo de un router, doua calculatoare etc..
fa o mica schema si ofera mai multe detalii provider, tip abonament, model exact router

gata am gasit problema trebuia sa selectez conexiunea , apoi sa dau set up a home or small office network si apoi sa fac setarile de acolo .
oricum multumesc ca am ajuns acolo cu ce mi-ati aratat aici.
