DbaMgr - DbaMgr2k     

DbaMgr2k provides a graphical management interface for MS MSDE 2000 installations. It allows you to manage and administer your server, databases and database objects from a Windows interface similar to the one Enterprise Manager provides, rather than via the standard oSql.exe command line utility. In addition to traditional Sql Server objects management and permissions, DbaMgr adds HTML documentation generation tool, attach/detach visual interface, a query interface, and a visual interface for BCP operation

MSDE Query

MSDE Query provides a Windows GUI interface for performing SQL against the FREE Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE 2000) and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The MSDE Query tool is similar to the Microsoft SQL Query Analyser, but is at a fraction of the price (i.e. FREE). Using the MSDE Query tool you can perform a whole host of functions. A knowledge of SQL allows you to manage the Microsoft Database Engine and perform SQL Queries such as backups, restores, creating tables, truncating transaction logs etc. Should your company distribute the MSDE then the MSDE Query tool can provide the Windows graphical user interface (GUI) for performing a whole host of SQL Queries.
