Nu prea am inteles eu exact cum sta treaba...

For creating printed reproductions that You intend to sell. ..... pai normal ca "i intend to sell" (adica sa imi iau banii pe creatie sau produs vbanner, flyer, website etc.)Termenii si conditiile sunt de pe un site de fotografie stock. (http://www.stockxper...l?f=help&s=11_3) am vz ca si la altele (shutterstock de ex) problema se pune aproximativ la fel. Mai pe romaneste ce am dreptul sa fac cu o poza dupa ce o cumpar?

ai dreptul sa o folosesti la crearea unui alt produs pe care sa-l vinzi. un ziar, un site, fundal pe un fluturas etc.
nu ai voie sa iei o poza, sa o printezi si sa o vinzi ca atare. poza trebuie sa fie un accesoriu sau o componenta a produsului, nu chiar produsul. |
