Cum instalez o platforma pe site

Salut.

Ma poate ajuta si pe mine cineva, cu chesti asa mai de baza candva am mai instalat anumite platforme gen IPB, dar asta a fost acuma mult timp si am uitat. Mai exact cum sta treaba, am un domeniu + webhosting de pe un anumit site de profil, am facut o baza de date, un cont ftp, m-am conectat la el, am incarcat platforma dorita, dar cand intru pe site nu imi apare nimic, ci doar background-ul de la ei, imi puteti spune sau sa ma ajutati sa instalez o platforma pe site-ul meu? adica sa fac un forum, aia vreau.

Platforma = SITE? Sa inteleg ca ai un CMS (Content Management System) sau mai pe romaneste, sistem de administrare a conținutului? Daca da, fiecare CMS are instructiuni de instalare/configurare.
Exemplu Wordpress:

Nu, eu vreau sa instalez pur si simplu o platforma gen IPB pe site-ul meu, da' nu stiu sa mai fac asta, pentru ca e proaspat cumparat un domeniu.ro +webhosting, ce-am inteles cica  trebuie sa setez si namesever-urile si mai multe chesti, mai exact eu vreau sa-mi deschid un site(forum) si nu stiu cum mama ma-sii sa fac aasta.

Pai fix aia trebuie sa faci, domeniul sa duca la hosting. La setarile domeniului trebuie sa setezi nameserverele sa fie cele date de hosting. Care or fi alea, tu stii, cei de la hosting stiu. Apoi in cateva ore de obicei, cand intri in browser pe domeniul respectiv, o sa apara ce ai pus pe FTP.

Vezi că și IPB trebuie plătit. Versiunile nulled pot avea diverse backdoor-uri.
Să știi că nu pierzi nimic dacă cauți pe Google.
