Este vorba despre FT232RL.
Are un eeprom in care sint mentinute diverse date: descriere, serial, VID, PID si doua zone mai interesante: FTDI CHIP-ID, un id scris din fabrica, readonly si o zona variabila, USER AREA.. Ei, am tot cautat prin datasheet si alte documente dar n-am gasit ceva concret despre de unde si pina ude se regaseste fiecare zona. Din auzite, 080-09f ar fi acea zona de FTDI Chip-ID, Ca partea de eeprom ar fi de 96 bytes din cei 128, dar atit. Ce zona de memorie ocupa fiecare, nu daca stie cineva...multumesc. |

AN_121 = primul link, nu scrie nimic de cei 32 bytes lipsa..scrie cite ceva de User area dar nimic despre amplasare, adrese, etc..
Il citisem In a doua nimic macar despre user area, despre FTDI ChipID nimic |

Aia se refera la FT232Bx, cele cu eeprom extern, additional..daca pui 93C46 sau 93C56..ai user area mai mare sau mai mica...
Eu scriu in primul post de FT232Rx, cel cu memorie inclusa, care are 128 bytes si EEPROM util 2x48 =96 bytes. OK, unde e sscrisa partea de VID-PID-Denumire, etc, unde e CHIP_ID? Si ce e diferenta 128-96=32 bytes? Asta nu se explica nicaieri sau nu gasesc eu... Am citit alea doua documente...chiar si Datasheetul 232R Edited by diaconuliviu, 28 August 2014 - 14:28. |
