Dear xxx,
Hello, my name is Ivana and I will be happy to assist you with your
question regarding your credit card.
Mr xxx, your credit card has been temporarily disabled by the system
for security reasons because an incorrect Expanded Use Number was entered
three times.
After reviewing your account, I have reactivated your card in the system.
You can now add the credit card to your PayPal account. To add a credit
card to your PayPal account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at
https://www.paypal.com/.
2. Click the "Profile" subtab.
3. In the Financial Information column, click the "Credit Cards" link.
4. If you already have a credit card registered, click the "Add"
button.
5. On the Add Credit Card or Debit Card page, enter the required card
information.
6. Click the "Add Card" button.
Once you have entered the debit or credit card successfully, you can
proceed with the Expanded Use Enrollment process. This process is required
in order to verify your PayPal account and lift your sending limit. To
complete the Expanded Use Enrollment process, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at
https://www.paypal.com/.
2. Click the "Profile" subtab.
3. In the Financial Information column, click the "Credit Cards" link.
4. Click the "Complete Expanded Use Enrollment" button.
5. Enter the 4-digit Expanded Use Number in the box provided. If there
is more than one credit card listed, you must choose the credit card by
using the pull-down menu.
6. Click the "Submit" button.
Note: If you access your card statement online, you will see the number
within 2-4 business days after the date you initiated the process which was
on 24 September 2007. If you don't have online access to your statement,
please wait for your printed statement to arrive by mail or contact your
bank.
It is my pleasure to assist you. Thank you for choosing PayPal.
Sincerely,
Ivana
