Păi fii și tu mai explicit! Laptop-ul a venit cu sistemul de operare preinstalat? Dacă da, ar trebui să-l ai în Program Files, caută-l. Dacă nu, e pe site-ul oficial Dell. De asemenea, ar trebui să-l- ai și pe DVD-urile primite.

l'am luat de pe site si l'am instalat dar tot nu imi apare nimic in program files

Install
