Samsung U600, Intrebari, pareri, opinii Opţiuni

Ce parere aveti de Samsung U600 ... In special cei care detineti sau care ati butonat telefonul asta ... Eu in prezent am un N73 Music Edition , si ma gandeam sa imi iau un U600 , ca ... vine vara ... ceva mai subtirel , plus ca m`am cam saturat de N73 , si am vazut ca are si destule caracteristici .... Deci va rog postati aici pareri pro si contra U600 (ex. cat tine bateria , calitatea pozelor , tastatura ... si tot asa)

N-as da n73-ul pe u600. Ca parere personala. Posibilitatea de personalizare la Samsung e mai mica decit la Nokia.

daca vrei ceva mai cu stil si mai "rafinat" si mai de fitze iti iei U600,chiar e un crowd pleaser dar daca vrei personalizare asa cum a zis si dragosh,la Samsung personalizarea e ca Sagem calitatea :-)

Salut!! As dori sa-mi cumpar un samsung u600, dar nu prea gasesc opinii cu privire la acesta. Ma puteti ajuta cu niste informatii?

ce nu stiu si m-ar interesa,este volumul difuzorului general al telefonului,la E900 este foarte,foarte insuficient ( pe strada pierzi apeluri in prostie) si plus k la banii aia as vrea sa ascult si mp3 sau chestii de genu...

L-am luat eu de o saptamana. E superb, e atat de subtire ca-l pierd prin buzunar.
N-am prea avut timp sa ma joc cu el. Ce ma deranjeaza e limitarea duratei filmarilor. Stie cineva niste forumuri samsung?

Nu stiu, poate se poate scoate limitarea. Numai ca eu n-am reusit. E adevarat ca nici nu l-a butonat prea mult, nu am avut timp. Poate in weekend.

Vad ca aici e o atmosfera tare haioasa.
Pana la urma l-am butonat in timpul meciului (ca si asa jocul era slab) si am reusit sa-i scot limitarea. Acum pot sa filmez pana la 2 GB.

Eu v-am lasat, nu vreau sa va stric mica adunare, din ce vad va urmariti pe mai multe topicuri, asa ca succes.

telefonul e ok , are o camera f buna cu stabilizator de imagine ..adica pozeaza si din miscare . e f subtire .
Vroiam sa-mi iau nokia n95 dar nu am avut destui bani si am luat u600 care a fost mult mai ieftin .
U600 se potriveste de minune cu anotimpu pt ca vreau sa port pantaloni scurti si nu vreau caramizi in buzunare (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Eu am dat 275 euro de pe www.****.ro (nu stiu daca am voie sa pun site-ul dar ma rog). Tel e super din toate puntele de vedere mai putin bateria care tine o zi.....(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Am eu o problema sau asa e si la voi? A reusit cineva sa instaleze jocuri pana acum???

Installing java games

There are 2 ways to install java games to your mobile phone:
# The completely safe way: Download the java game to your phone using the wap browser. This is not free because you’ll have to pay for the wap connection.

Go to http://euploader.com/index.php to upload the java application you want to install.
Make sure you have both the .jar and .jad file.
If you only have the .jar file you can make a .jad file with JadMaker
After you have uploaded both the .jar and .jad file, you’ll get an Id and code.
Next, go with your phone’s browser to this adres: http://euploader.com/wap/index.php
Now you can enter the Id and code you received after you uploaded the files. Then you select download.

Now your phone will start downloading the application. And will install it. Now you’ll find the application In the Extra->Java/Games menu :-)
# By using a special code that allows you to install java games
When you slide up the phone, type: *#9998*4678255#
If you did this right, the phone replies: Activated or something…
Now you can install java games by storing the .jar and .jad file in the other file directory of the phone memory.
Go to the .jad file, click options and the phone will ask if you want to install the java application. Click install :-)

Known firmware bugs
Mp3 player doesn’t play the last 3 seconds of a mp3 file
The alarm doesn’t work in silent mode
While typing a message when mp3 player is on, the Add word function doesn’t work properly.
When receiving a file via bluetooth, there is no option to store it to the memory card so the size is limited to the phone memory
When there are movies in the my video’s section of the phone memory and you try to play a movie full screen from your memory card, the phone just switches to camera mode. Very strange!

(These bugs are present in firmware:U600XXGD2

Battery life
# It’s well know that the battery life of the Samsung U600 isn’t great. Here is a little trick that helps to improve the battery life.
Use it only when you don’t use gprs!

I demonstrate this in the video below!

When you slide your phone up, enter this code: *#4777*8665#
This will appear on the screen like this: *#4777*—–

Then, a secret menu will show up. Go to the option GPRS Detach and click it. Next you will have to wait some time (eg 5 seconds)
and get the message: GPRS Detach cofirm

That’s all! Your stand-by time has increased with 20% now!
# I also advice you to drain the battery completely before charging the first 3 times you charge. There’s no real proof that this wil improve your battery life but there are rumours.
# Another option is to buy a better battery, the standard battery had only 690mAH while this battery provides 1000mAh so it will increase the stand by time +- 30%
# Yet anoter thing you can do is set the display brightness to the minimum, so the screen will consume less energy
# Don’t leave bluetooth activated, it’s very power consuming!


Little Tricks

Here are some little tricks, I think they are not known by everybody:
# Flashlight: When you slide up your phone try pushing the up/down button at the side for about 1-2 seconds, this will activated the led light normally used for the camera. Now you can find your way in the dark :-)
# When the mp3 player is minimized, you can control him by using your navigation buttons in the main screen.

Long hold the right navigation butten will bring up the next track in your playlist

Long hold the down navigation button will stop the mp3 player

Long hold the left navigation button will bring up the previous track in your playlist

Long hold the center navigation button (the I (internet)) button will pauze the track

U600 Firmware Install GUIDE!
You will need:

- Optiflash for U600. Found here.

- The original samsung USB cable that came with the phone.

Procedure:

Launch Optiflash and click on ‘Options > Settings > Generic’
- Select ‘Customer T: d830/d840/d910 (USB)
- Set ‘Flash Erase Passes’ to ‘1′
- Set ‘Operation Passes’ to ‘Default’
- Uncheck all checkboxes except ‘Differences only’

Select the tab ‘Flash and Verify’
- Browse to and select your firmware (*.s3)

Select the tab ‘Default Contents’
If you have a file *.cts with the firmware *.s3:
- Select radio button “S-Record with content”
- Browse to and select your *.cts file

If you do not have the file *.cts:
- Click on ‘S-Record only’

- Click ‘OK’

- Connect the phone to the computer via the USB cable.(in the phone click connect to pc studio)

- Remove your SIM and microSD card and battery from the phone which will turn the phone off .(leaving USB cable in) You will see leds on.

- Whilst holding down the * key on the phone, briefly press the ON button.

Your computer will recognise the device as Samsung USB Mobile.

Return to Optiflash, Click on ‘Options > Settings > COM Port’
- Select the COM port your phone uses (If you’re not sure, you can find out by: Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Ports (COM and LTP))
- Select 921600.
- In Second COM Port select ‘NONE’

- Click ‘OK’

Lastly, click ‘Flash’

The flash procedure will be finished when the message ‘All is Well’ appears above the green progression bar.

A full reset should not be necessary once the firmware is upgraded, however, if you want to do it: Type *2767*3855# then wait one full minute before you restart your phone.

To check your existing firmware type *#1234# into your handset

Time to flash: approx 15 mins.

** NOTE: IF YOUR PHONE RESTARTS IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE, DON’T PANIC! THE LANGUAGE SELECTION PROCESS IS:

MENU (left touch button) > SETTINGS (bottom right icon) > PHONE SETTINGS (2nd option) > LANGUAGE (1st option)
